The RX 7900 XTX is a powerful graphics processing unit that has the potential to deliver excellent performance in 4K 240Hz gaming. The first thing you want to do is make sure that your PC has the best possible graphics card installed, as this is the most important hardware component for 4K gaming. Still, the prospect of a 480Hz refresh rate is fairly niche. For instance, in a game such as Anthem, a high-end GPU like the RTX 3080 would provide you with 60FPS at 4K or 100FPS at 1440p. Assuming it's not a monumental flop (and there is no reason to believe it will be), Intel will have faster GPU hardware next year as well. When it comes to PC gaming, it depends on your PC configuration and the type of games you play. Taking a 100 mini PC as an example, with Intel HD 400 graphics you should still get 4K output at 30 FPS.
